Terms of service
These terms govern the use of the 1n.rs service. By using the service you accept them in full.
1. Who provides the service
The 1n.rs service is provided by VMTech DOO Beograd, a company registered in the Republic of Serbia.

2. What the service does
1n.rs creates short addresses of the form 1n.rs/{code}, QR codes for them and — in later phases — mini pages and business cards.
The short address is generated automatically. A redirect answers with code 302 because the destination stays editable: code 301 would pin an outdated target in caches forever.
3. Your account
An account needs an email address and a password. The address is confirmed by email; until it is confirmed, signing in is not possible.
Keeping the password safe is your responsibility. We recommend two-factor protection — it is switched on in settings and asks for a code from your phone in addition to the password. Active sessions are listed in the same place and any of them can be ended.
4. What is not allowed
Short addresses must not lead to: malware; pages impersonating someone else (phishing); fraud or misleading offers; content infringing someone's copyright or trademarks; content prohibited by the law of the Republic of Serbia or of the country where the link is opened.
It is likewise forbidden to circumvent technical limits of the service, to create accounts automatically, or to use the service for bulk unsolicited messaging.
5. Checking destinations
Every destination is checked before the link starts working, and again on each change. Until a decision is made the link leads to the previously approved address, not to the new one.
The check is automatic and can be wrong. If your address is rejected you can file an appeal from the dashboard — a person will read it. Obviously malicious addresses are removed without notice.
6. Plans and payment
The free plan is limited in the number of links and the depth of analytics; paid plans raise those limits. Prices are stated in euros and shown in the dashboard.
Online payment is not connected yet: for now an administrator assigns the plan by agreement. While payment is not live there is no auto-renewal and no charge without your consent.
7. Availability and liability
We aim to keep the service running without interruption, but provide it "as is" and do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance requiring downtime is announced in advance where possible.
We are not responsible for the content your links lead to — you are. Our liability towards you is limited to the amount you paid for the service during the preceding twelve months.
8. Ending the use
You can delete your account yourself, in settings. Deletion is immediate and irreversible: the account, the links and the statistics are gone, and the short addresses stop working — together with QR codes and printed materials.
We may limit or end access in case of gross or repeated breach of these terms. Where possible, we write to your email address first.
9. Changes and governing law
These terms may change. We announce material changes to the account email address at least fourteen days in advance; the date of the last change is shown at the top of this page.
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. We first try to settle disputes by agreement.
